在利用连续浓度变更法测定配合物组成的同时,可进一步应用单曲线法或两曲线法(即双曲线法)求算配合物的稳定常数。而对于稳定的配合物,两曲线法求算稳定常数要更为准确些。自1958年Majumdar提出此法以来,两曲线法的应用还仅限于配合比为1:1的配合物,对于组成为MR。中n≥3的配合物的稳定常数的求算,报道还极为鲜见。计算机在单曲线法求算配合物稳定常数方面的报道早已问世,但在应用于两曲线法求算配合物稳定常数方面,还未见有文章发表。本文根据两曲线法求算配合物稳定常数的原理,以测定邻二氮非铁的稳定常数为例,设计了一套采用BASIC语言编制的通用程序,以利用微机求算组成为MR_n中n≥3的配合物的稳定常数。
