目的建立一种快速、简便、高效的液相色谱(HPLC)测定密胺(仿瓷)餐具中三聚氰胺单体迁移量的方法。方法样品中三聚氰胺单体用4%(V/V)乙酸浸提过滤后,直接在phenomenex Luna 5u C8(2)100A柱上,以0.01 mol/L乙酸铵-甲醇(8+2,V/V)为流动相进行分离,HPLC-UV检测器在235 nm测定,外标法定量。结果取浸泡液直接过滤后进样测定,最低检出限为0.1μg/m L。按1 cm2加2 m L浸泡液计,对应的最低检出量为0.02 mg/dm2,回收率98.9%~106.5%,测定精密度RSD在1.8%~8.3%。结论该方法操作简单,检测灵敏度较高、干扰少、结果准确,适用于密胺(仿瓷)餐具三聚氰胺迁移量的测定。
