本文简要回顾了“十五”特别是实施铁路跨越式发展以来中国铁路工程科技发展取得的成就,分析了“十一五”期间铁路工程科技发展需求、目标、重点任务和关键技术,提出为实现《中长期铁路网规划》,铁路工程科技发展需要围绕客运专线、既有线提速、重载铁路等重点和难点系统开展科技攻关及科研试验,实施科技发展目标必须增强自主创新能力、壮大创新团队、建设创新平台、加强知识产权保护。
This paper briefly reviews the achievements made in the development of China’s railway engineering since the 10th Five-year Plan, especially the implementation of the railway development by leaps and bounds. It also analyzes the needs, objectives, key tasks and key technologies for the development of railway engineering in the 11th Five-Year Plan period, In the medium and long-term railway network planning, the scientific and technological development of railway engineering needs to carry out scientific and technological research and scientific experiments on key and difficult systems such as passenger dedicated lines, speed-up of existing lines and heavy haul railways.
