水龙骨科石韦属植物石韦[Pyrrosia lingua(Thunb.)Farw.]在中国和日本民间均作为利尿药,并有镇咳,祛痰,消炎等功效。已报道从石韦全草中分离得绵马三萜(diloptene)和β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol)。石韦叶的成分未见报道。本文研究了石韦叶中的化学成分,分离得7种结晶,它们是β-谷甾醇,山荼酚(kaempferol),槲皮素(quercetin),异槲皮甙(isoquercitrin),三叶豆甙(trifolin),绿原酸(chlorogenic acid)和蔗糖。绿原酸在用正丁醇提取过程中,生成了绿原酸正丁酯。植物体内以绿原酸的形式存在:系用已知绿原酸与植物提取液作薄层层析对照予以证明,绿原酸正丁酯用合成的方法加以证明。
Pyrrosia lingua (Thunb.) Farw.] is used as a diuretic in China and Japan, and has antitussive, expectorant, and anti-inflammatory properties. It has been reported that diloptene and β-sitosterol were isolated from whole plants of S. frutescens. The composition of Shiweiye has not been reported. In this paper, the chemical constituents in Shiweiye were studied and 7 kinds of crystals were isolated. They are β-sitosterol, kaempferol, quercetin, isoquercitrin, and trilobite pods. (trifolin), chlorogenic acid and sucrose. Chlorogenic acid produces n-butyl chlorogenic acid during the extraction with n-butanol. The presence of chlorogenic acid in the plant body is demonstrated by the thin layer chromatographic comparison of the known chlorogenic acid and the plant extracts, and the n-butyl chlorogenic acid is demonstrated synthetically.
