本文对12Cr1MoV大口径焊接管母材及焊接接头在560℃时的应变疲劳特性进行测试研究。主要结果为:12Cr1MoV钢母材与焊接接头均属循环硬化材料;给出母材与焊接接头各自的应变疲劳曲线方程;两条应变疲劳曲线非常接近,处于很狭窄的分布带中,表明焊接接头与母材的应变疲劳性能相当;两条疲劳曲线存在交点,交点左方,母材优于焊接接头,交点右方,焊接接头优于母材。文中还对其断口进行简要的扫描电镜分析。
In this paper, 12Cr1MoV large diameter welded pipe base metal and welded joints at 560 ℃ strain fatigue properties of the test study. The main results are as follows: The 12Cr1MoV steel base metal and the welded joint are all cyclic hardened materials; the strain fatigue curve equations of the base metal and the welded joint are given respectively; the two strain fatigue curves are very close and are in a very narrow distribution zone, indicating that the welded joint Which is equivalent to the strain fatigue performance of the base metal. The two fatigue curves exist at the intersection point and on the left of the intersection point. The base metal is better than the welded joints, and the welded joints are better than the base metal. The article also made a brief scanning electron microscopy analysis of its fracture.
