山西省收藏协会成立于1990年。协会成立之初,首先开辟发展了知名度较高的太原府西艺苑收藏市场,接着又培育发展了太原市工人文化宫、太原市大营盘收藏品市场。目前,协会会员遍及全省,涉及各行各业,收藏品种有瓷器、玉器、木器、砚台、钱币等上百种。■点评山西省收藏协会是一个比较成熟的收藏机构,为山西收藏市场的发展以及普及文物保护和收藏知识,增强群众保护文物的意识做出了非常重要的贡献。协会开辟的市场成了广大收藏爱好者交换、研究、鉴赏各种藏品的重要场所。几年来协会开展了多种收藏鉴赏活动,先后举办了“山西 Shanxi Province Collection Association was established in 1990.
