目的加强管腔器械的预处理降低器械返洗率。方法将妇科吸宫管及手术室各种吸引器头共计1100只,分为实验组和对照组,实验组手工预处理后再进行超声清洗机+手工清洗,对照组直接进行超声清洗+手工清洗。清洗后进行检测返洗率。结果实验组返洗率明显低于对照组,且两组的差异具有显著性,即P<0.05。结论加强管腔类器械预处理能降低返洗率。
Objective To enhance the pretreatment of lumen instruments and reduce the backwash rate of instruments. Methods A total of 1100 suction heads of gynecological aspiration tube and operating room were divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was pretreated with ultrasonic cleaner and manual cleaning, and the control group was directly ultrasonic cleaning and manual cleaning . After cleaning the test backwash rate. Results The backwashing rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Stent enhancement of lumen device pretreatment can reduce backwash rate.
