城市中心区动静态交通一体化停车规划策略——以重庆解放碑地区为例

城市中心区是人口和建筑密度最大、车流人流量最集中的地方,交通拥堵和停车困难像一对孪生兄弟,总是在高峰时期频频出现。重庆市以动静态交通一体化为目标,改变以往传统的单纯以满足停车需求为目标的规划模式,提出依托公共交通、构建地下道路、利用外围停车、加强停车管理等规划策略,并针对现状问题提出具体的改善措施,以期对其他城市缓解中心区交通压力提供参考。 The city center is the area with the highest density of population and buildings and the largest concentration of traffickers. Traffic jams and parking difficulties are like twins, always appearing frequently during rush hour. Chongqing Municipality aims to transform the integration of dynamic and static traffic and change the traditional planning mode of simply meeting parking demand. It proposes planning strategies such as relying on public transport, building underground roads, using external parking, and strengthening parking management. In response to the current situation Put forward specific improvement measures, with a view to other cities to ease the traffic pressure in the center area to provide a reference.
