我厂硒钢片纵剪机,传动部分为钢蜗杆,磷青铜蜗轮。制造厂来人安装试车及使用说明书均推荐使用68~#机械油。试车时啮合处产生油烟,蜗轮严重磨损,有铜粉混入油中,成稠黄混合液,并在蜗轮下沉积大量粗铜粉。后改用3~#锂基润滑脂,仍然严重磨损,试车20余天蜗轮轮齿约磨损1/5。经分析认为:该蜗轮蜗杆属低速重负荷传动,而蜗轮蜗杆齿面间主要是滑动摩擦,基本上处于边界润滑状态或混合润滑状态,齿面上的油膜难以形成。不含极压抗磨
