日本特许厅技监(相当于技术副厅长)松家健一来华座谈时,对专利制度与引进技术的关系,谈了一些看法: 在引进技术中,具有工业产权的技术占多数 1950年一1960年日本引进的技术中,有专利权的技术平均占62.4％,而1965年一1966年平均占77％。
