为加快吸附质在天然沸石中的吸附速率,将天然沸石先经粉碎、成型以改造其孔结构,然后考察孔结构改造对吸附动力学的影响。用石英弹簧装置流动法测定了氨在缙云岱石口天然丝光沸石原矿和经孔结构改造的试样上的吸附等温线和动力学数据,计算了活化能和吸附热。原矿由单孔型改造成双孔型结构后,加快了吸附质在吸附剂内的扩散过程和吸附速率,且吸附剂的颗粒越大,吸附速率增大的倍数也越大。研究了成型前晶粒大小对吸附动力学的影响,减小成型前晶粒的尺寸对吸附动力学的影响与孔扩散机理有关,应从绝对吸附速率的影响和粉碎所需的动力消耗来选择适宜的成型前晶体的粒度。判明了实验所用二种大小颗粒的内扩散控制机理。应用Lee氏双孔模型来处理吸附动力学数据,关联数据的平均误差仅为单孔模型的1/3,但模型的物理意义尚有待于进一步考察。
In order to accelerate the adsorption rate of adsorbate in natural zeolite, the natural zeolite was first crushed and shaped to modify its pore structure, and then the effect of pore structure reforming on adsorption kinetics was investigated. The adsorption isotherms and kinetics data of ammonia on the samples of natural mordenite ore and mesoporous structures modified by ammonia in Daiyunkou, Jinyun were determined by quartz spring device flow method. The activation energy and heat of adsorption were calculated. After the ore is transformed from single hole type into double hole type structure, the diffusion process and the adsorption rate of the adsorbate in the adsorbent are accelerated, and the larger the adsorbent particle size is, the larger the adsorption rate is. The influence of the size of the pre-formed grains on the kinetics of adsorption was studied. The influence of the size of the pre-formed grains on the kinetics of adsorption was related to the mechanism of pore diffusion. The influence of the absolute adsorption rate and the power consumption needed for the pulverization should be selected Of the pre-formed crystal grain size. It was found that the diffusion control mechanism of the two kinds of particles used in the experiment. Adopting Lee’s two-hole model to deal with the adsorption kinetics data, the average error of the correlation data is only 1/3 of the single-hole model, but the physical meaning of the model remains to be further investigated.
