慢性心肌过度疲劳是耐力性运动员的常见病。由于对慢性心肌过度疲劳的发病机制尚无统一认识,而且缺乏早期病理诊断的方法,因此,预防和治疗仍较为困难。近年来的研究令人确信地表明,大强度负荷下,机体中类脂过氧化物的氧化活性极度增强。进而推测,此时类脂过氧化物的氧化产物积蓄能对心肌产生损伤性影响。考虑到这种可能性,我们用类脂过氧化物的氧化活性指标对慢性心肌过度疲劳进行早期诊断,测定了慢性心肌过度疲劳运动员类脂过氧化物的氧化强度水平。
Chronic myocardial fatigue is a common disease endurance athletes. Because there is no uniform understanding of the pathogenesis of chronic myocardial over-fatigue, and the lack of early pathological diagnosis, prevention and treatment is still more difficult. Recent studies have convincingly demonstrated that the oxidation activity of lipid peroxides in the body is greatly enhanced under high-intensity loads. Further speculated that at this time lipid peroxide oxidation product accumulation can have a damaging impact on the myocardium. In view of this possibility, we used early oxidative activity of lipid peroxide to diagnose chronic myocardial over-fatigue and determined the level of lipid peroxidation in chronic myocardial over-fatigue athletes.
