三峡左岸电站排砂孔液压启闭机为了彻底排完液压系统中的空气，在空载调试完后，又重新拆除油缸总成与密封座盖，在连结完工作门后再次安装油缸总成与密封座盖，进行液压启闭机的空载调试。因此在安装过程中，其安装方法有独特的一面。
