在机械加工过程中,工件的压紧一般采用压板和垫铁来实现,其压紧高度要选择不同高低的垫块进行调整,由于辅助时间很长,使用时很不方便。最近上海人民机器厂制造了0~55mm、0~80mm、0~100mm三种自调式压板,已在组合夹具上使用,效果较为显著;上海专用机械厂也采用类似结构,制成了铣床上的自调式压板,使用结果良好。这种自调式压板也适用在立车、铣床、牛头刨床、龙门刨床和龙门铣床等机床上使用。其结构可参见图1(在下页)。
