供电企业为人们的用电需求提供了方便,但由于电力产品具有先消费后付款的特殊性,这给供电企业电费收缴工作带来了很大的困难,许多地区的供电企业始终面临着电费收缴、回收困难的尴尬局面。面对当前形势,供电企业需要树立现代化管理意识,从“人性化”角度出发,创新电费收缴模式,进而有效解决电费收缴难的问题。本文从分析当前形势电费收缴模式、电费收缴难的原因入手,探讨基于“人性化”电费收缴模式的策略。
