本文介绍在液氦温度下对国产铌材(Nb2-1)超导微波表面电阻的实验研究。测量是在X波段TE_011模式腔上进行的。温度在4.2K时无载品质因数Q_0为4.3×10~6,相应的剩余表面电阻为1.8×10~(-4)Ω。
This article describes the experimental study of superconducting microwave surface resistance of domestic niobium material (Nb2-1) at liquid helium temperature. The measurement is made on the X-band TE_011 mode cavity. When the temperature is 4.2K, the unloaded quality factor Q_0 is 4.3 × 10 ~ 6, and the corresponding residual surface resistance is 1.8 × 10 ~ (-4) Ω.
