目前市面上的糖尿病血糖仪主要有两种,分别是基于葡萄糖氧化酶的血糖仪和基于葡萄糖脱氢酶的血糖仪。两种机器的差异主要体现在对氧含量、药物、其他糖类物质的抗干扰程度。患者出现血糖仪检测结果误差的情况,除了自身操作上的问题外,主要是由于患者没有选对合适的血糖仪。在选择血糖仪之前,我们必须了解两种酶的反应原理,才能根据自身情况,合理选择,避免误差。
There are currently two major types of diabetes glucose meters available on the market: the glucose oxidase-based blood glucose meter and the glucose dehydrogenase-based blood glucose meter. The difference between the two machines is mainly reflected in the degree of interference with oxygen content, drugs and other carbohydrates. Patients with glucose meter test results error, in addition to their own operational problems, mainly due to the patient did not choose the right blood glucose meter. In the choice of glucose meter, we must understand the reaction of the two enzymes in order to be based on their own circumstances, a reasonable choice to avoid errors.
