我们浙江省长广煤矿公司是大型国营企业,下设27个二级核算单位。自1988年建立公司内部银行以来,对内部单位经济往来实行统一结算,从而加速了资金周转,加强了公司内部资金管理。但是各单位与外部均有经济往来,均需在当地银行开户自行办理结算,因此资金分散的问题仍然存在。全公司有将近40%的货币资金分散在各单位,造成数百万资金的闲置甚至沉淀。同时由于对这部分资金调控不力,出现了一些资金流向不合理,以致发生浪费和损失。为了缓解企业资金紧张局面,充分发挥内部银行结算、调剂、融通、监督、控制
Our Zhejiang Changguang Coal Mine Company is a large state-owned enterprise with 27 second-level accounting units.
