本文研究了掺少量Zr对非晶态Fe_(82-x)Zr_xSi_5B_(13)(x=0.02,0.16,0.87)合金的磁性、电性和热稳定性的影响。实验结果表明,当Zr含量从x=0.02增加到0.87时,晶化温度T_(cr)从755K增加到782K(升温速率10K/min),室温下的饱和磁化强度σ(R. T. )和居里温度T_C分别下降了3%和4.5%。Zr的加入也使得交换积分的涨落增大。在x=0.87的样品中,温度T=15K时出现了电阻率的极小值,可以认为是类Kondo效应的贡献。
In this paper, the effects of a small amount of Zr on the magnetic, electrical and thermal stability of amorphous Fe 82-x Zr x Si 5 B 13 (x = 0.02, 0.16, 0.87) alloys were investigated. The experimental results show that when the content of Zr is increased from x = 0.02 to 0.87, the crystallization temperature T_cr increases from 755K to 782K (the rate of temperature increase is 10K / min), the saturation magnetization σ (RT) at room temperature and the Curie temperature T_C decreased by 3% and 4.5% respectively. The addition of Zr also increases the fluctuation of exchange points. In the sample of x = 0.87, the minimum value of resistivity appeared at the temperature of T = 15K, which can be considered as the contribution of the quasi-Kondo effect.
