为探讨牙龈组织中血栓素B2(TXB2)和6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-keto-PGF1α)与牙周炎各临床指标的关系,用放射免疫测定法分析牙周炎患者龈组织中的TXB2和6-keto-PGF1α含量,同时分析实验牙的龈沟液量(GCF)、牙龈指数(GI)、牙周袋深(PD)和附着丧失(AL)与龈组织中TXB2和6-keto-PGF1α的关系。结果表明牙周炎龈组织中TXB2和6-keto-PGF1α与GCF、PD、AL均呈显著正相关;牙周炎患者GCF与PD、AL呈显著正相关;PD与AL呈非常显著正相关;GI与TXB2、6-keto-PGF1α及GCF、PD、AL各指数无显著相关关系。牙周炎龈组织中TXB2(y)与GCF(X1)、GI(X2)、PD(X3)、AL(X4)的线性回归方程为y=10.84+0.99X1+7.11X2+13.72X3-0.47X4;6-keto-PGF1α与GCF、GI、PD、AL的回归方程为y=2.33+2.52X1-1.63X2-1.84X3+1.54X4。提示TXB2和6-keto-PGF1α可反映牙周炎的严重程度,与牙周炎各临床指标间的变化符合线性回归方程,证明TXB2和6-keto-?
To investigate the relationship between TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α in gingival tissues and various clinical indicators of periodontitis, radioimmunoassay was used to analyze the expression of TXB2 and gingival tissues in patients with periodontitis TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α in the gingival tissues were measured.
