针对碎软煤层如何实现高强度、快速地面煤层气抽采,综合治理煤与瓦斯突出问题展开论述。首先,应用Fracpro PT压裂数值模拟软件模拟了不同加砂量、排量下,裂缝的几何形态,优选了压裂施工参数,从理论上验证了压裂裂缝能够将水平井筒与裂缝沟通。其次,在现场压裂施工过程中,应用嵌入式微地震监测压裂施工过程中水力压裂产生了北东向主裂缝,其主裂缝产状均为垂直。最后,按照“连续、稳定、缓慢”的原则对该井组进行排采,目前已经取得阶段性成果,日产气量达到了7 672m3/d。
Aiming at the problem of how to realize the high intensity and quick CBM drainage in the soft and brittle coal seam and comprehensively combing the coal and gas outburst problems. Firstly, Fracpro PT fracturing numerical simulation software was used to simulate the geometry of fractures under different amounts of sand and displacement, and the fracturing parameters were optimized. It was verified theoretically that fracturing fractures can communicate horizontal fractures with fractures. Secondly, in the process of on-site fracturing, the northeastern main fractures are produced by hydraulic fracturing during the application of embedded microseismic monitoring and fracturing. The main fractures are all vertical. Finally, according to the principle of “continuous, stable and slow”, the well group has been drained. At present, the well has achieved staged results with a daily production of 7,672 m3 / d.
