Debris devices (Patent Application No. 3577196) are used to crush spiral metal shavings (up to 100mm) and can also be used in secondary colored and black metallurgical enterprises. It is composed of the following components: a grid table 13 with vertical and horizontal bars, teeth 11 fixed on the bars, a vibration actuator 14 and a press consisting of two hinge plates 4 and 6 . The base plate 6 is in the same plane as the grid table 13 and moves in the rolling guide 8 and is equipped with a reciprocating transmission mechanism 7; the upper plate 4 with teeth 2 is provided with a vibration transmission mechanism 5 and a baffle plate 3. The device is also equipped with a sieve 9 and a feeder 12 . A bridge-type magnetic grab crane or conveyor belt is used to send iron chips through the chute to the grille table 13 . The press floor 6 is pushed by the reciprocating drive mechanism 7 to the grid table 13 . Subsequently, the upper plate 4 is moved toward the iron chip block by means of the transmission mechanism 5, the floor plate is returned to the original position, and the iron pieces are shredded with the teeth 2 and 11.
