前段时间,笔者参加了一个职称评审工作会议。与以往大部分会议不同的是,本次会议在领导讲话、工作部署之后,专门安排时间“答疑”。也就是让与会人员和会议主持人、主讲人台上台下互动,把职称评审工作中的一些疑惑或建议提出来,然后现场讨论,最终由会议主持人或主讲人解答,拿出解决方案。笔者认为,这种“答疑式”会议,能够有效避免出现台上说者滔滔不绝,台下听者云里雾里,执行起来变形、走样、打折的现象。这样的会议值得点赞。
Some time ago, I participated in a job evaluation meeting. Unlike most conferences in the past, this session specially arranged time “Q & As ” after the leadership speech and work deployment. That is to allow participants and the meeting moderator, speaker interactive platform under the stage, the job title review some doubts or suggestions put forward, and then live discussions, and ultimately by the meeting moderator or speaker to come up with solutions. The author believes that this “Q & A ” meeting can effectively avoid the occasional gossip of the audience, the listeners in the audience, the implementation of deformation, aliasing, discount phenomenon. Such a meeting deserves praise.
