Chediak—Higashi综合征或称切东氏综合征,是一种罕见的眼病综合征,国内尚未见报道,我科于最近发现1例,报告如下: 徐××女 22岁。因左眼部被人掌击于1982年6月来院就诊。眼科检查除发现因外伤造成左下睑皮肤轻度发红、挫伤、左角膜浅层荧光素着色外,还发现双眼有多种先天性异常。追问病史,患者诉自幼双眼视力差、内斜视、畏强光,头皮及腰腹部皮肤有“白斑”、“黑斑”,常患“体癣”,有时发生皮肤化脓性感染。曾三次去各医院就诊,诊为“高度近视”、“散光”、“内斜视”,双眼屈光不正不能矫正,视力不能提高。患者系收养,亲生父母情况及家族史不详。 Chediak-Higashi syndrome or cut East’s syndrome, is a rare eye syndrome, has not been reported in China, our department recently found in 1 case, the report is as follows: Xu × × female 22 years old. The patient’s adoption, biological parents and family history are unknown.
