目的为了预测具有应变刚化-软化-再刚化(Stiffening-Softening-Stiffening,再钢化))特性的结构性材料力学行为,提出相应的二元扰动预测方法.方法应用二元扰动理论(Theory of Duality Disturbance)对具有再刚化特性的结构性材料进行全程应力-应变预测.测量具有应变再刚化特性的结构性材料应力-应变关系,选取塑性应变迹为扰动参量,相对无扰动(RND)模型为双曲线型弹塑性刚化,相对完全扰动(RCD)模型为“线性应力型”.对实测表观行为进行后预测.结果对受压内置CFRP圆管的圆钢管混凝土的应力-应变曲线的预测结果与实测结果基本一致,误差在5%之内.结论二元扰动理论能够很好地预测再刚化材料的力学行为,所提方法适用于复杂扰动材料的力学行为的后预测.
In order to predict the mechanical behavior of structural materials with properties of strain hardening-softening-re-stiffening, a corresponding binary disturbance prediction method is proposed.Methods Applying the theory of Binary Disturbance Theory Duality Disturbance. The stress-strain relationship of structural materials with strain re-stiffening properties was measured. The plastic strain was selected as the disturbance variable and the relative undisturbed (RND) The model is hyperbolic elastic-plastic stiffening and the RCD model is “linear stress type.” Post-prediction is performed on the measured apparent behavior.Results The stress- The results of the strain curve are in good agreement with the measured ones, and the error is within 5% .Conclusion The binary perturbation theory can well predict the mechanical behavior of re-stiffened material. The proposed method is suitable for the post-prediction of mechanical behavior of complex perturbed materials .
