Neonatal science has developed rapidly in recent years, especially the establishment and development of neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), which has significantly improved the survival rate of premature children. However, because NICU needs to invest a lot of money and manpower, most primary hospitals in our country lack specially trained NICU medical staff and first aid and treatment equipment. Premature infants, especially those with very low birth weight, often need to be transferred to NICU of higher level hospitals. By analyzing prenatal (intrauterine) transport or postnatal transport to our hospital results to explore its impact on the survival rate of preterm children and its significance.
