丙氨酸/ESR剂量测量系统是以ESR波谱法定量测量丙氨酸中因辐射诱发形成的稳定自由基的一种吸收剂量测量体系。相对于高剂量水平应用而言,丙氨酸/ESR剂量测量系统用于辐射治疗水平的不确定度较高,其主要原因在于ESR谱仪测量2~10Gy剂量时的信噪比太低,测量精度较差。
