常温合成聚羧酸减水剂不仅可以有效降低生产能耗和成本,而且还能简化生产操作流程。本文介绍了自由基聚合机理,通过聚合机理推导其反应动力学,并结合反应动力学重点探讨了引发作用和引发剂。最终确定,在常温下合成聚羧酸减水剂需要采用氧化还原引发体系,增加引发剂和单体浓度,延长反应时间等措施。
The polycarboxylate superplasticizer synthesized at room temperature can not only effectively reduce the production energy consumption and the cost, but also simplify the production operation flow. In this paper, the mechanism of free radical polymerization was introduced, the reaction kinetics was deduced by the mechanism of polymerization, and the initiator and initiator were discussed in combination with reaction kinetics. Finally, the synthesis of polycarboxylate superplasticizer at room temperature requires the use of redox initiator system, increasing initiator and monomer concentration, extending the reaction time and other measures.
