本文针对大路沟二区机采井系统效率偏低、能耗较高的现状,分析了影响大路沟二区抽油机能耗高的主要因素和降低能耗的方法及途径,通过实施抽汲参数优化调整,推广应用抽油机井节能保护器、井组集中无功补偿装置、抽油机变频调速等节能装置及加强抽油机井现场管理的技术措施,提高了抽油机井系统效率,达到了节能降耗、延长系统使用寿命、降低操作成本的目的。
In this paper, according to the low efficiency and high energy consumption of well drilling system in Daluogou No.2 district, the paper analyzes the main factors affecting the high energy consumption of pumping unit in Daluogou and the methods and ways to reduce energy consumption.
