针对冀东滨海盐碱区的生态条件,以早熟、抗逆、优质等综合性状优良的转基因棉花新品种培育为目标,结合生态育种、分子育种和杂交聚合育种手段,选育出了高产、抗逆棉花新杂交种冀8158。该品种纤维品质优良,上半部绒长30.0 mm,断裂比强度31.4 cN/tex,马克隆值5.2,综合指标达到Ⅱ型品种标准;抗旱耐盐性强,产量优势明显,霜前皮棉较对照鲁棉研21号增产7.74%,居参试品种第1位。采用SSR分子标记技术进行亲本原原种纯度检验筛选,大幅提高了杂交种子纯度。
