本文回顾分析经各种常规治疗不能吸收的前房积血32例，探讨重度（Ⅲ、Ⅳ级）前房积血手术治疗的时机和方法。前房内注入尿激酶溶液和粘弹剂后采用凝血块娩出术，可提高手术成功率。随访1～2年的30例视力有不同程度的提高。
This article retrospectively analyzed 32 cases of hypopharyngeal hemorrhage that can not be absorbed by all kinds of routine treatment and discussed the timing and method of severe (Ⅲ, Ⅳ) Hyphema. Anterior chamber injection of urokinase solution and viscoelastic coagulation after delivery, can improve the success rate of surgery. 30 cases of follow-up 1-2 years of visual acuity improved in varying degrees.
