张文新同志从事劳动教养管理工作20年来,一直在管教战线上勤奋工作。他对党忠诚、立场坚定,牢固树立社会主义法治理念,认真贯彻执行劳教工作法律、法规和规章,模范履行党员义务,充分发挥党员先锋模范作用,在本职岗位上做出了突出贡献。他在工作中,坚持不懈地学习劳教工作的法律法规,虚心向老同志学习请教业务知识和经验,很快便成为管理教育劳教人员的业务骨干和能手,连续多次被评为“个别教育能手”和局级先进工作者。2004年,时值“法轮功”邪教活动的猖獗时期,面对被劳教后的法轮功人员顽固不化的现状,他主动请缨到转化教育中队去工作。 Comrade Zhang Wensin has been working hard on the military education front for 20 years in his reeducation through labor camp.
