Objective To explore the influence of mind map on coping style and quality of life in clinical nursing of esophageal cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy. Methods A total of 120 patients with esophageal cancer who were treated from October 2014 to October 2015 were divided into observation group (n = 60) and control group (n = 60) according to the digital lottery method. The control group was treated with conventional radiotherapy, observation group On the basis of the control group, the mental map was used to implement the nursing. The intervention time of the two groups was 8 weeks. The changes of coping styles and quality of life before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after intervention (P> 0.05). After intervention, the two groups improved more than before intervention (P <0.01), and after intervention The score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.01), and the dimensions of yield and avoidance were lower than those of the control group (P <0.01). Body function, character function, emotion function, social function and cognitive function score had no significant difference between the two groups before intervention (P> 0.05), and both groups improved more than before intervention (P <0.01) ) Were higher in the observation group than those in the control group (all P <0.01). Conclusion Mind map can guide patients with esophageal cancer radiotherapy to take a positive response to the disease, and can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
