身体负荷时,心血管系统必须在神经体液调节下发生相应变化以适应代谢要求。对不同类型的身体负荷,心脏的反应有所不同,而普通人、有训练的运动员以及不同程度的心脏病患者对相同身体负荷的反应也不同。心脏对运动负荷的反应还因性别、年龄以及训练程度不同而有差异。随着对身体负荷的适应过程,心脏的形态、结构及功能均发生相应的代偿性改变。
When the body is loaded, the cardiovascular system must undergo changes in neurohumoral regulation to meet the metabolic requirements. Different types of body load, the heart’s response is different, while ordinary people, trained athletes and different degrees of heart disease patients respond differently to the same body load. The heart’s response to exercise load also varies according to gender, age, and level of training. With the process of adaptation to the body burden, the shape, structure and function of the heart are compensated accordingly.
