目的探讨平衡快速场回波(balanced-fast field echo,B-FFE)成像替代MRI增强扫描鉴别诊断肝血管瘤与肝囊肿的可行性。方法分析MRI增强扫描诊断肝海绵状血管瘤患者101例(175个病灶)、肝囊肿患者126例(273个病灶)、肝海绵状血管瘤合并肝囊肿患者36例(海绵状血管瘤病灶58个、肝囊肿病灶75个)的B-FFE成像检查结果,并与MRI增强扫描结果进行对照。结果 B-FFE成像诊断肝海绵状血管瘤病灶221个,诊断符合率94.85%;诊断肝囊肿病灶332个,诊断符合率95.40%;总体鉴别正确543个病灶,鉴别正确率95.18%。结论 B-FFE成像鉴别诊断肝海绵状血管瘤与肝囊肿能力接近MRI增强扫描。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of using balanced-fast field echo (B-FFE) imaging instead of MRI in the differential diagnosis of hepatic hemangiomas and hepatic cysts. Methods MRI scan of 101 patients with hepatic cavernous hemangiomas (175 lesions), 126 patients with hepatic cysts (273 lesions), 36 patients with hepatic cavernous hemangioma (58 with cavernous hemangioma) , 75 of hepatic cyst lesions) and compared with MRI enhanced scan results. Results B-FFE imaging diagnosis of 221 lesions of the cavernous hemangioma, the diagnostic coincidence rate of 94.85%; diagnosis of 332 hepatic cyst lesions, the diagnostic coincidence rate of 95.40%; overall correct identification of 543 lesions, the identification accuracy of 95.18%. Conclusions B-FFE imaging can be used to differentiate hepatic cavernous hemangiomas and hepatic cysts from MRI findings.
