目的确定长爪沙鼠对敌鼠钠盐的敏感性。方法采用高、中、低3个浓度毒饵以急性无选择攻毒的方式对实验室内饲养的长爪沙鼠进行敌鼠钠盐敏感性测试。结果各浓度的敌鼠钠盐毒饵对长爪沙鼠的致死率均为100%;在测试条件下,高浓度药物试鼠的死亡时间稍短;但低浓度处理雌雄试鼠摄毒总量(0.457、0.394mg)显著低于中(0.704、0.834mg)、高浓度(1.614、1.358mg)处理组。结论采用低浓度可以降低鼠防成本,并有助于延缓抗药性的产生时间,从而延长敌鼠钠盐使用寿命。
Objective To determine the sensitivity of Meriones unguiculatus to the sodium salt of the antagonist. Methods The high, medium and low concentration baits were used to test the sodium salt susceptibility of the domestic gerbil (Meriones unguiculatus). Results The lethality rate of each concentration of natriatal sodium bait was 100% for Mongolian gerbils. Under the test conditions, the death time of high concentration drug test rats was slightly shorter; however, the total toxicity of male and female test rats at low concentration was 0.457 and 0.344 mg) was significantly lower than that of medium (0.704,0.834mg), high concentration (1.614,1.358mg) treatment groups. CONCLUSIONS: Low concentration can reduce the cost of rat prevention and help delay the emergence of drug resistance, thus prolonging the life span of sodium salt of enemy rats.
