目的通过对某三级甲等肿瘤医院2011年-2015年医疗纠纷赔付案例的分析,探讨医疗纠纷发生的原因及解决途径,总结防范医疗纠纷的对策。方法通过对77例赔付医疗纠纷案例,针对纠纷发生比例、纠纷发生科室、解决途径及保险理赔比率进行统计分析。结果 2012年产生赔付例数最多,占29.87%;67.53%的案例发生在手术科室,是医疗纠纷的高发科室;71.43%的案例是通过医调委调解方式解决;2015年医疗责任保险理赔比率最高,占44.02%;并发症、沟通告知不足及非计划再次手术是引起医疗纠纷最常见原因。结论通过对医疗纠纷赔付案例分析与探讨,总结了医疗纠纷发生的原因,从而建立医疗风险防范机制。做好医疗纠纷事前、事中、事后的管理是防范医疗纠纷发生,建立和谐医患关系的主要措施。
Objective To analyze the causes and solutions of medical disputes and analyze the countermeasures to prevent medical disputes by analyzing the cases of medical disputes and disbursements in some Class-A primary oncology hospitals from 2011 to 2015. Methods Through the 77 cases of medical disputes, the paper analyzes the proportion of disputes, departments of disputes, settlement ways and insurance claims ratio. As a result, the highest number of claims was paid in 2012, accounting for 29.87%; 67.53% of the cases occurred in the surgical departments and were the high incidence of medical disputes; 71.43% of the cases were resolved through medical mediation and mediation; and the highest proportion of medical liability insurance claims in 2015 , Accounting for 44.02%. Complications, inadequate communication and unplanned reoperation were the most common causes of medical disputes. Conclusion Through the case analysis and discussion of the medical dispute compensation, the causes of the medical dispute are summarized, and the medical risk prevention mechanism is established. Doing medical malpractice before, during and after the management is to prevent medical disputes, the main measure to establish a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.
