洛口黄河大桥建立于1912年.1992年根据防洪需要,将1~4孔拆除.为重新使用该桥,由大桥工程局设计院组织立项对钢梁剩余寿命进行评估.经取样分析得出有关材料强度、冲击韧性及抗脆性断裂等基础数据后按断裂力学理论、铆钉连接中裂纹尖端应力强度因子以及微观累积损伤状况分析,提出铆接结构裂纹扩展寿命估算公式,按疲劳累积损伤评估方法对钢梁中主要构件进行疲劳寿命估算,最后得出结论:主桁杆件具有充分的剩余寿命,可继续使用25年以上.
