伴随着世界许多城市修建地铁的热潮,城市地下空间的开发利用已经成为当今世界性发展趋势,并成为衡量城市现代化的重要标志。回顾各国地下空间开发所走过的道路,既各具特色,又有许多共同之处。在过去的100年里,人们越来越多地开始选择回到地下。从成本上测算,地下空间的开发费用是地上的四倍。日前由本社社长杜小雷带队的广州地产界北欧考察团观摩学习了芬兰 Kamppi Centre 的商业项目。该项目正是一个巧妙利用地下空间的经典例子。
With the upsurge of subway construction in many cities around the world, the development and utilization of underground space in cities has become a worldwide trend of development and has become an important symbol of urban modernization. Recalling the path traveled by the development of underground space in various countries, both distinctive and many in common.
