近年来,已经弄清所有的血液细胞都是由骨髓多能干细胞分化而来的。红细胞、白细胞、淋巴细胞、血小板等都经过各自几个分化阶段才成熟的。这些血液细胞在骨髓中恶变可增殖为自血病细胞,当然这些白血病细胞也反映着血液细胞的复杂的各个分化阶段。这就表现出分化抗原的多样性。用制备的各种抗人血液细胞的单克隆抗体,正在进行详尽地分析,而且也初步弄清了各种各样的白血病细胞可能表现出的分化抗原。期待
