目的了解超重肥胖对儿童青少年生活质量的影响,探讨改善超重肥胖儿童青少年生活质量的相关策略。方法分层整群抽取广州市区3所中小学1119名学生进行《儿童少年生活质量量表》的评定,同时按《全国学生体质健康监测检测细则》要求采集学生身体形态和体能素质数据;采用《中国学龄儿童青少年超重、肥胖筛查体重指数值分类标准》评定超重和肥胖。结果超重肥胖与非超重肥胖学生在自我满意、运动能力、其他3个维度上的差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05);超重肥胖男、女生自我概念维度得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其他各维度得分差异无统计学意义;超重肥胖中学生各维度得分均低于小学生,在亲子关系等8个维度得分差异均有统计学意义;生活质量得分低于常模的超重肥胖学生与生活质量正常的学生各维度得分的差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01)。结论超重肥胖对中小学生、男女生生活质量的某些维度有一定的影响。干预时应采取有针对性策略。
Objective To understand the impact of overweight and obesity on the quality of life of children and adolescents and to explore strategies to improve the quality of life of overweight and obese children and adolescents. Methods A total of 1119 students from 3 primary and secondary schools in Guangzhou City were stratified and clustered to assess the “Quality of Life Scale of Children and Adolescents”. At the same time, students’ body shape and physical fitness data were collected according to the requirements of “National Student Physical Health Monitoring and Testing Rules” “Chinese school-age children and adolescents overweight, obesity screening body mass index value classification criteria” overweight and obesity. Results There were significant differences in self-satisfaction, athletic ability and other three dimensions between overweight and non-overweight obese students (P <0.05). There was significant difference in scores of self-concept dimensions among overweight and obesity boys and girls P <0.05). There was no significant difference in scores among other dimensions. The scores of all dimensions of overweight and obesity middle school students were lower than those of primary school students, and there were significant differences in 8 dimensions, such as parent-child relationship; There were significant differences in scores of all dimensions between obese students and students with normal quality of life (all P <0.01). Conclusion Overweight and obesity has certain influence on certain dimensions of quality of life of primary and secondary school students and boys and girls. Intervention should be targeted strategy.
