利用光能量的吸收和散射与生物量浓度之间的关系,建立了一种基于光纤回归反射能量衰减技术的生物量浓度在线测量方法。由于在生化反应过程中常伴随着生化产热以及环境温度的改变,从而给传感器测量带来误差。为了消除温度信号对测量结果带来的误差,通过在传感器单元中引入温度补偿臂,消除温度信号对待侧信号的影响。实验表明:该传感器实现了生物量浓度的在线测量;同时,通过引入温度补偿臂消除了温度变化对生物量浓度测量的影响,从而真正实现了生物量浓度的准确在线测量。
Based on the relationship between the absorption and scattering of light energy and the biomass concentration, an on-line measurement method of biomass concentration based on the energy regression technique of fiber regression was established. Due to the biochemical reaction process is often accompanied by biochemical heat and ambient temperature changes, which gives the sensor measurement error. In order to eliminate the error caused by the temperature signal on the measurement result, the effect of the temperature signal on the signal to be processed is eliminated by introducing a temperature compensation arm in the sensor unit. Experiments show that the sensor realizes the on-line measurement of biomass concentration. At the same time, the effect of temperature change on the measurement of biomass concentration is eliminated through the introduction of temperature compensation arm, which realizes accurate on-line measurement of biomass concentration.
