目的：了解当前基层部队防化救援官兵业务素养与技能的现状与需求，探讨防化救援官兵专业培训的内容与模式。方法采用问卷调查法收集资料，SPSS13.0统计软件分析数据，单因素方差法分析统计数据的有效性。结果调研结果显示，防化官兵普遍对专业基础知识缺乏、业务培训形式单一，反映出防化救援管理中的薄弱环节。结论定期开展防化专业技能与知识培训，同时将防化装备管理、维修、保养技术作为重点一并纳入培训范围，提高武警部队专业防化救援水平。“,”Objective To explore the chemical defense and rescue troops’current profession and technical skills level and their needs in order to create more effective and professional training. Methods The data were collected by giving the questionnaire survey and analyzed by adopting SPSS 13.0 statistics software. The results were analyzed with one-way anova and pearson correlation. Results The results demonstrated a lack of the fundamental knowledge and inadequate programs in the chemical defense and rescue troops’training. Conclusion It is suggested that a periodical chemical defense and rescue training is needed. In addition, to enhance the integrity of chemical defense of the PAP, it is also recommended to include equipment management, repair, maintenance techniques into the training program.
