A new study published in the journal Human Psychopathology found that eating more vitamin B-rich foods or vitamin B supplements can significantly reduce stress. Researchers at Swinburne University of Science and Technology in Melbourne, Australia, divided 60 participants into two groups, each taking a higher dose of vitamin B supplements or placebo during a three-month trial.
