目的 针对RD -98半导体作为诊断X射线剂量仪探测器的剂量学性能进行研究。方法 本项研究主要是在卫生部标准剂量学实验室采用与标准电离室比对的方法完成的。结果 在诊断X射线能量范围内 ,RD -98半导体探测器的能量响应好于 5 %。结论 符合IEC作为诊断X射线剂量仪探测器的剂量学要求
Aim To investigate the dosimetry performance of RD -98 semiconductor as a diagnostic X-ray dosimeter detector. Methods This study was performed in a standard dosimetry laboratory of the Ministry of Health using a method comparable to a standard ionization chamber. Results The energy response of the RD -98 semiconductor detector was better than 5% over the diagnostic X-ray energy range. Conclusions Conforms to IEC as a dosimetry requirement for diagnostic X-ray dosimetry detectors
