Especially in the aspect of product quality, not only the product quality but also the product safety and reliability are required. However, under the current market, in order to reap huge profits, some merchants deliberately cut corners for product R & D and manufacturing, leading to the rapid decline of product quality and even posing a safety issue to consumers. Therefore, this article will analyze the existing problems of our country’s product quality law, and then put forward some countermeasures to solve the problem of product quality and safety.
