经典的内分泌负反馈控制回路已不能解释糖皮质激素在免疫性炎症中的广泛作用。外源性糖皮质激素可抑制整个免疫炎症反应 ,包括促炎因子的表达 ,T细胞的激活 ,粘附分子的表达 ,细胞迁移与效应分子的生成等 ;内源性糖皮质激素以一种双相、浓度依赖性的方式调节免疫 炎症系统。具有多样促炎特性的细胞因子巨噬细胞迁移抑制因子 (MIF)被认为是糖皮质激素诱导性的 ,该结果可用于解释内源性糖皮质激素双向调节炎症反应的重要特性。
The classic endocrine negative feedback control loop has failed to explain the broad role of glucocorticoids in immune inflammation. Exogenous glucocorticoids can inhibit the entire immune inflammatory response, including the expression of proinflammatory cytokines, T cell activation, expression of adhesion molecules, cell migration and the generation of effector molecules; endogenous glucocorticoid with a double Phase, concentration-dependent manner regulate the immune inflammatory system. Cytokine macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF), with diverse pro-inflammatory properties, is thought to be glucocorticoid-inducible and can be used to explain the important properties of endogenous glucocorticoid bidirectional modulation of the inflammatory response.
