随着人们生活节奏的加快和生活水平的不断提高,人们对方便卫生的成品及半成品食品的需求量越来越大。在现实食品加工工艺中,经常会使用添加剂,以保证食品的营养、新鲜、味美、延长保质期等。但是在食品添加的过程中存在超限量、超范围以及非法添加等问题,带来诸多食品安全隐患,引起了社会的高度关注。文章对于出现此现状的原因进行了探讨,并借鉴食品工业发达、在食品添加剂的生产以及安全监管也比较成熟的欧盟经验,分别列出欧盟和我国在食品添加剂方面的相关的法律法规,进行对比分析,据此探讨防止食品非法添加的途径。
With the accelerated pace of life and the continuous improvement of living standards, people are in increasing demand for hygienic finished products and semi-finished products.
