本文研究了中硅蠕虫状石墨铸铁的常温抗拉强度和冲击韧性,高温和低温冲击韧性、常温疲劳性能、线膨胀系数和用此材质制成的活塞环的弹力特性等,且都同铭钼铜合金铸铁作了对比试验。结果表明,中硅蠕虫状石墨铸铁在很多性能方面优于铬钼铜合金铸铁,并已成功地应用于大马力柴油机活塞环上。
In this paper, the normal temperature tensile strength and impact toughness, high and low temperature impact toughness, room temperature fatigue properties, linear expansion coefficient and the elastic properties of the piston rings made of this material are studied. Copper alloy cast iron made a comparative test. The results show that medium-sized worm-like graphite cast iron is superior to chromium-molybdenum-copper-alloy cast iron in many aspects of performance and has been successfully applied to high-powered diesel piston rings.
