目的 探讨γ-谷氨酰转移酶(gamma-glutamyltransferase,GGT)与飞行员冠心病危险因素的相关性. 方法 纳入2015年3月至12月于空军总医院进行改装新机体检的飞行员138例,均为男性.根据GGT四分位数分为4组:A组(GGT<13 U/L,31人),B组(13 U/L≤GGT< 16U/L,32人),C组(16 U/L≤GGT<25 U/L,40人),D组(GGT≥25 U/L,35人). 其中C组TC、LDL-C、UA高于A组(t=2.819~3.309,P<0.01);D组年龄、BMI、TG均高于A、B、C组(t=2.216~4.350,P<0.05),TC、LDL-C均高于A、B组(t=2.196~3.553,P<0.05),UA高于A组(t=3.949,P<0.05).改装体检飞行员GGT水平与BMI、TG、TC、LDL-C、UA之间存在线性相关(r=0.320~0.394,P<0.01). 结论 GGT可能是影响飞行员冠心病危险因素的因子,应重视GGT的监测作用.“,”Objective To investigate the correlation between gamma-glutamytransferase (GGT)and risk factors of coronary heart disease (CHD) in the military pilots. Methods Totally 138 male pilots who were examined in Air Force General Hospital for transition from March 2015 to December 2015 were selected. All pilots were divided into 4 groups depending on the levels of GGT:group A (GGT<13 U/L,n=31),group B (13 U/L≤GGT<16 U/L,n=32),group C (16 U/L≤GGT<25 U/L,n=40) and group D (GGT≥25 U/L,n=35).Age,flying hours, type of aircraft, smoking history, drinking history, family history, history of hypertension and diabetes were investigated and recorded.Blood pressure, height, weight and body mass index (BMI) were measured.FPG,TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,uric acid (UA),GGT,liver function and kidney function were monitored. Results There were significant difference on age,BMI and the levels of TG,TC,LDL-C,UA among 4 groups (F=4.638-9.315,P<0.01).The levels of TC,LDL-C,UA of group C were significant higher than that of group A (t=2.819-3.309,P<0.01).The levels of age,BMI,TG of group D were significant higher than that of group A,B and C (t=2.216-4.350,P<0.05).The levels of TC and LDL-C of group D were significantly higher than that of group A and B (t=2.196-3.553,P<0.05),and the level of UA in group A was significantly higher than that of group A (t=3.949,P<0.05).The level of GGT was linearly correlated with BMI,TG,TC,LDL-C and UA (r=0.320-0.394,P<0.01).Conclusions The levels of GGT may be the risk factor of CHD.It is suggested to pay more attention on the monitoring of it.
